Hot 26/2 Yoga

 The 26/2 class is a structured and grounding Hatha yoga practice designed to align your body, mind, and spirit. Named for its format—26 postures and 2 breathing exercises—this class provides a disciplined and meditative approach to yoga.

Alignment-based Yoga Flow

This alignment-based yoga flow allows all students to reach deep into their bodies and mind, connecting these two practices. As the name of the class suggests, it focuses on body alignment principles in the postures.  It is an intermediate class, but all levels can benefit and teachers are able to adapt this class for anyone. 

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a structured and dynamic style of yoga which follows an intelligent and evolving sequence of poses linked with breath.  This practice is a little more physically demanding, but also results in building more strength, flexibility and creating a more focused and meditative mind.  

Gentle Yoga

 This is a great class for beginners and seasoned yogis looking for a quiet calm space to connect to their inner stillness. It is for people needing healing, restorative, relaxing, and supported poses. It's a change of pace for your mind and body as well as safe for prenatal mamas. In each class you always go at your own pace and listen to your body.  


Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath

 Yoga Nidra literally means "the yoga of sleep".  It is a guided meditation to help you go deep between the layers of relaxed awareness.  The method's aim not only is to help you identify with the core of your true nature--pure awareness, but also to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and restore your spirit.

Couple this with a blissfully healing and calming sound bath and you'll discover that it's something that you need to return to week after week.
